Pankh Exchange Policy:

At Pankh, we offer a simple exchange 
process for eligible products. However, we follow a strict no return, no refund policy.

Exchange Guidelines:

1. Request Within 48 Hours:
Notify us via WhatsApp message only at +91 9811533115 within 48 hours of receiving the product. No voice calls will be entertained. Drop your exchange message and wait for our response.

 

2. Reverse Pickup:
We will arrange the reverse pickup and share the tracking details.

 

3. Packing Video:
Record a packing video showing the eligible product being packed properly before handing it to our delivery partner.
Inspection: Exchanges are processed only if the returned product is found in proper, intact condition after inspection.


4. Cost Deduction:
Reverse pickup cost will be deducted from the product value.
The remaining balance will be credited to your Pankh Wallet, valid sitewide for 6 months.

5. One-Time Exchange Only:
Each ORDER is eligible for exchange only once.

It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your exchange product, depending on your location. Once we receive your exchange item, we will inspect and process your exchange as soon as possible.
