PANKH CLOTHING – EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Pankh Clothing. We aim to offer a transparent, smooth, and trustworthy shopping experience. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

1. GENERAL POLICY

Pankh follows a No Return, No Refund, and No Cancellation policy on all products.
• Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

We offer a one-time exchange on eligible clothing items. To qualify, the product must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in original condition with all tags intact
• Be securely packed in original packaging
• Have the exchange request raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Be exchangeable subject to size/colour availability
• Reverse cost to be borne by the customer

Once you place a return request, please allow our customer support team some time to review and approve it.

After return pickup is completed and the product passes inspection, the refund will be issued as a gift card within 24–48 hours.

Each order can be exchanged only once.

3. INITIATING AN EXCHANGE / RETURN (GIFT CARD)

Dear Customer,

Submitting an exchange/return request on our website does not guarantee approval. Our team will review your request along with the reason provided.

If your request meets our policy guidelines:
• It will be approved and a reverse pickup will be arranged.

If it does not meet the criteria:
• The team reserves the right to deny the request.

All approved returns are processed via Pankh Gift Card only.

Before Handover to Delivery Agent:

• Ensure the article has all labels, tags, and additional pieces (belt/inner/accessories).
• Pack the item securely in a transparent plastic / cellophane bag.
• Record a short video while handing over the parcel – this acts as proof of proper condition.

Post Pickup Timeline

• 5–7 working days (excluding Sat–Sun) for the courier to return the product to us.
• Once received, our team inspects the item within 24–48 hours.

If approved, a Pankh Gift Card will be issued and emailed to you.
If rejected due to stains, perfume odour, missing items, wear/tear, or misuse:
• You will be notified via email.
• You must pay shipping charges to have the product sent back.

4. REVERSE PICKUP PROCESS

4.1 Pickup Arrangement

• Pankh will arrange the reverse pickup.
• Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or Email.

4.2 Non-Serviceable Pincodes

If your pincode is not serviceable for pickup:
• You will need to self-ship the product.
• Our team will provide the correct return address.

4.3 Reverse Pickup Charges

Charges can be paid via:
• Paytm / GPay / Bank Transfer, OR
• Deducted from the product value before issuing the gift card.

5. PANKH GIFT CARD

After successful inspection:
• The remaining amount (after deducting pickup charges) will be credited to your Pankh Wallet / Gift Card.
• Validity: 6 months
• Usable across the website on any product.
• If an exchange item is unavailable, the amount will only be added to your Pankh Wallet.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

7. NON-EXCHANGEABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE CATEGORIES

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• Final Sale / Clearance items
• Custom-Made Products
• Bodysuits
• Gym Wear
• Swimwear & Bikinis
• Lingerie
• Sunglasses
• Bags
• Accessories & Jewellery
