Our reputed courier partner ensures that you receive your order at the earliest and in good condition.
We will send a confirmation E-mail and notify you with the tracking number once we dispatch your order.
Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery dates for your order. Some order/products may take longer to deliver due to remote locations, uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.). To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including correct address, PIN Code and contact number. You will receive a dispatch notification email/ sms that will notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it. After multiple failed attempts at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will cancel the order.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):
We provide Risk-Free Cash on Delivery (COD) facility to only select locations in India. Standard Shipping charges of Rs. 150 per order. Maximum order value is upto Rs 10000/-.
Our courier partner will be able to deliver the shipment to you between MONDAY to SUNDAY from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm.
FORCE MAJEURE:
PANKH CLOTHING shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes and walkouts. We shall endeavor to notify you as soon as possible should any such events or circumstances occur.
PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY:
We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In an unlikely event when we’re not able to send or replace your order due to unavailability of the product, we will inform you as soon as possible and REFUND the amount for the same in BANK ACCOUNT (REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS).

To be eligible for an exchange, the product should be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packing.
Exchange possible site wide within a week provided the chosen product is available in size and colour.

We will transfer the money in your Pankh Wallet for the same value of the product which is exchanged, this can be redeemed in future for any purchase SITE WIDE.
VALIDITY : Pankh wallet is 90 DAYS.
We do not give any refund.
If the EXCHANGED product is unavailable due to any reason the amount will be credited only in your pankh wallet.
If the product has not been dispatched from pankh clothing in the given duration ( which is mentioned beside the product) then customer will get the amount in their registered bank account only.
